IUG offers multiple support packages, from fee based incident support, to remote software support, to full managed services.

Training and Project Management:
IUG offers extensive training services for every system we provide; we also provide full program management with a dedicated resource, held accountable to each customer’s goals and desires for their business and their system implementation. Training is available on-site at the customer’s location and may be tailored to the specific implementation. Training programs may also be tailored to individual user type, including Cashier, Store Manager, Regional Managers, Owners and HQ Personnel.
